Elisabeth de KREUZNACH a représenté le cabinet CAYOL CAHEN TREMBLAY & ASSOCIES à la première réunion annuelle de LIBRALEX au cours de laquelle des sujets tels que la libre circulation des sociétés à responsabilité britanniques avant et après le Brexit, la loi fiscale portugaise relatives aux sociétés et particuliers d’autres pays, et l’utilisation de l’intelligence artificielle dans le champ judiciaire, ont été abordés.
REUNION LIBRALEX A FRANCFORT 15-16.02.2019
Elisabeth de KREUZNACH a représenté le cabinet CAYOL CAHEN TREMBLAY & ASSOCIES à la première réunion annuelle de LIBRALEX.
La première session de travail était consacrée à l’arrêt POLBUD rendu par la Cour de Justice de l’Union Européenne et à la question de la libre circulation des sociétés à responsabilité britanniques avant et après le Brexit. Un exposé très précis a été fait par Ulrich Münzer, du cabinet HOLZ & PARTNER.
Le second sujet traité était la domiciliation au Portugal, par Pedro Ghidoni de Pina. Celui-ci a présenté les opportunités aujourd’hui fournies par la loi fiscale portugaise aux sociétés et aux particuliers venant d’autres pays.
Enfin, le Dr Bernhart (Cabinet BUSING MUFFELMANN AND THEYE) a fait un exposé sur l’utilisation de l’intelligence artificielle dans le champ judiciaire, plus précisément au service des juridictions. Il a présenté et commenté le Plan d’action européen pluriannuel relatif à la justice en ligne et les problématiques soulevées par l’usage de l’intelligence artificielle dans l’élaboration des décisions de justice.
LIBRALEX MEETING in FRANKFURT 15-16.02.2019
Elisabeth de KREUZNACH attended LIBRALEX first meeting of the year in Frankfurt, on behalf of CAYOL CAHEN TREMBALY & ASSOCIES.
The first working session was about the European Court of Justice Polbud judgment and the issue of free movement of British Limited Companies before and after Brexit. A very precise exposé was made by Ulrich Münzer, from HOLZ & PARTNER.
The second subject was domiciliation in Portugal, by Pedro Ghidoni de Pina, who discussed the opportunities currently granted by Portugese Tax Law for domiciliation of companies and people in the country.
Last subject was a presentation by Professor Dr Bernhart (BUSING MUFFELMANN AND THEYE) about artificial intelligence in the judicial field, more precisely at the service of courts. He discussed the European multiannual plan for e-justice and the issues raised by the use of machines and artificial intelligence in the making of court decisions.
